Every artwork is professionally packaged with protective materials, and tracking to help ensure it arrives safely.

Free delivery within 20km from Pyrmont 2009 for order from $500 

You are very welcome to visit and pick up your order from our Gallery.

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During busy periods or for custom/embellished artworks, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship Australia-wide and to selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at katepham10@icloud.com.

3. Shipping Rates & Timeframes

Within Australia:

  • Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size

International:

  • Standard international shipping: 10–21 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services

4. Packaging All artworks and prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Products are either rolled in protective tubes or box-packed with solid card boards depending on where it ship to.

5. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at katepham10@icloud.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.

7. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
