Refund policy

Returns and Refunds : 

For Art Collections: As each artwork is unique and carefully handled, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

For Other Products Eligible for Return:

- Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging 

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping cost.

Cancellation

  • Order Cancellations

    • Orders may be cancelled before they have been shipped.
    • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

  •  Workshop, After-School Art Club & School Holiday Program Cancellations

    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or a credit.
    • Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the session are eligible for a credit towards a future class.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend, are non-refundable.

  • Gift Vouchers

    • Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
